Noise Floor
"The Buzzer," also known as "UVB-76" or "MDZhB," is a shortwave radio station broadcasting from Russia on 4.625 MHz. It is thought that its characteristic buzzing is produced by a physical device placed in front of an open microphone.
Occasionally, shortwave listeners have captured messages apparently originating from the control room of the station itself. We think that we might have captured one. Can you take a look?
